City of Abbotsford
Abbotsford promotes itself as being the “City in the Country”.  It is the fifth largest municipality in British Columbia.  The Economic Development Department of the City of Abbotsford works with businesses (both within and beyond the boundaries of the community) to generate economic growth and prosperity for the City and its residents; and to promote Abbotsford as an excellent place to live and to do business.
 
Tourism Abbotsford
Tourism Abbotsford is an independent not-for-profit City Destination Marketing Organization (CDMO) mandated to increase the volume and value of tourism in Abbotsford. Tourism Abbotsford's primary business functions are visitor services (including the operation of two full-time Visitor Centres), the development and delivery of an annual destination sale and marketing plan, and the operation of the Fraser Valley Trade and Exhibition Centre (TRADEX).
 
University of the Fraser Valley
UFV is a fully accredited, public post-secondary institution that enrols over 10,000 students per year and is larger than half the universities in Canada.  UFV has campuses in Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission, and regional centres in Hope and Agassiz.
 
Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce
The Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce is ‘The Voice of Business’ within the City of Abbotsford. They are a membership based organization whose mandate is to represent, serve and connect their members to build and sustain a thriving business community. The Chamber serves over 750 members and offers a wide range of services.
School District No. 34 (Abbotsford)
The mission of School District No. 34 (Abbotsford), in partnership with parents and the community, is to awaken and nurture in each of its students, a drive for life-long learning and excellence through the provision of relevant educational programs which ensure competence, creativity, self esteem, integrity, and social responsibility.
